Perfect beach wedding! Nicole and John really did have the perfect day. A quiet beach in Rhode Island is hard to find, but a rainy morning kept beach patrons away and Galilee Beach Club and the sun came out shining before they had their first look!
I always love when a couple does a first look. It gets to be a very private moment before the crazy of the day really sets in. It also allows for all of the formals to be done early so you can enjoy cocktail hour with your guests! In particular, here, the extra time allowed us to venture down the beach over to The Breachway to take photos on the rocks as boats passed by.
This wedding had so many personal elements to the couple. Nicole surprised John with a live band during cocktail hour. During the reception the couple participated in a Lithuanian Blessing with the groom’s mother and father. The three elements of life, given by John’s parents, which includes the giving of: wine, bread, and salt and the new couple partakes in them.
The night finished with a bouquet toss off the back deck and lots and lots of dancing!
